What evidence helps evaluate manufacturing work?

Photographs, drawings, inspection reports and delivery records serve different roles when evaluating an order.

Media: observing a process

A photograph or video may show component geometry, a work stage or operation type. That observation alone does not prove material grade, tolerance or quality acceptance.

Documents: checking requirements

Approved drawings and specifications define what is required. Measurement or test reports, when available and clearly linked to the order, establish what was checked.

Traceability: connecting evidence

Component or order identifiers, revisions, inspection stages and approval responsibility help connect records. Project requirements vary and should be agreed in the contract.
